Nearest Green Distillery “Illuminated Future”

A fascinating architectural highlight of the Sand Creek Show Barn, now lovingly referred to as the Nearest Green Distillery Welcome Center, is the expansive hallway that stretches the full length of the retail area. What some may view as a challenge, we embraced as a perfect opportunity to create a unique visual experience showcasing the origin and "illuminated future" of this esteemed brand.

The Outcome

We began with the framed elements that narrate the profound connection of the September 5th date and the key individuals of the brand, from family descendants to the brand founder, Fawn Weaver, to the legendary Jack Daniel himself. September 5th, a date that birthed great minds.

Fawn Weaver entrusted us with the task of presenting the current bottles in a way that forms a chronological timeline while allowing for expansion as the brand ambitiously grows.

Once the final design was approved, the esteemed great fabrication team at Exhibits South was called upon to bring this vision to life. Actual Uncle Nearest Whiskey bottles were used as glass-covered holders, each illuminated with a halo. Copper name plates were provided by our partners at Plaque Makers, and the skilled team at Haynes Construction Co. handled the final installation.

This feature stands as a testament to the cosmic-like origins, meteoric rise, and the continued inevitable success of this exceptional brand.
