InformedConsentMD is a subscription based online patient educational tool providing video explanations of over 20 of the standard OB-GYN surgical procedures. We were hired to help prepare them for their first major unveil at ACOG, the largest trade-show for OBGYN physicians.
Our first recommendation was to build the brand based on one basic principle “this is a solution for doctors created by doctors”. We began by creating visual comps that featured the doctors themselves standing as an unified front with the Houston Medical Center in the background. This established the prestige of the founding doctors hailing from the largest medical center in the US. This also created the greatest opportunity for potential customers (fellow OBGYN) to see and recognize their colleagues in the campaign.
Each doctor was photographed in both their dress white robes and then and their operating scrubs. This gave us the ability to show the physicians in both possible scenarios where the consent process could take place. Either in a sit down consultation or in an urgent pre-surgery situation.
Trade show booth design, guest giveaways, eblast campaigns, as well as print materials were all brainstormed and developed between the RJAgency and the executive board of the doctors.
The RJAgency handled all booth preparations, traveled with the doctors and worked the along side their core team for the entire show. Over 300 leads were gathered as well as the connection that lead to the company’s first contractual agreement with a large Medical malpractice insurance company on the east coast. We are currently preparing for a large social media campaign to target residency programs for the upcoming spring.
